 It is made from all natural simple ingredients: Roasted Rye, Barley, Chicory and Sugar Beet. That's it! Very simple, basic ingredients. It is easy to make using the Boil Brew Method similar to coffee. You take 3 or 4 spoons of it, depending on the strength you like, and put it into 1 liter of boiling water. Let it simmer for 5 minutes and remove from the heat. Sprinkle with cold water and keep covered for a few minutes while it finishes brewing, then filter it using a dense sieve.

Once you've made it once you will see how simple it really is. And the flavor is fresh and clean. This package makes about 33 servings according to the label. It has 0 Sodium, 1.8 g. of Carbohydrates, 0 g, if fat, .8 g. of Fiber, and .2g of Protein.
