THIS AGREEMENT cannot be changed except by written agreement signed by both parties.

RETURN POLICY:

All returns will be subject to a restock fee of at least $10.00 or in some special items a restock fee of 20%, which ever is greater of the total purchase. This helps off set the costs in getting an item ready for shipping. We do not charge a handling fee at time of purchase. This return policy is good for 14 days only! All items must be in original packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable. Shipping costs back to the Lightinggal is the buyers responsibilty unless damaged. After inspection of returned items, we will immediately credit your account! Of course shipping is to the USA lower 48 states,unless specified otherwise. We will not ship to a P.O. or A.P.O. box, please include a shipping address with every order.

REFUND POLICY, DAMAGES:

Please inspect all packages before driver leaves. Drivers are all in a hurry! Please do not let them leave with your signature without you inspecting the box! Please note any problems before signing for items. Claims may not be approved if items are not inspected or noted correctly. This is the shipping companies policies. Please inspect the package thoroughly before signing for the delivery. It is normal for packaging to show some wear; however, please carefully inspect the item for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. If there is any noticeable damage to the package (i.e. forklift holes in the box or pieces falling out of the box), please make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt prior to signing for delivery.

Customers may receive a refund of any monies received for the purchase of home furnishings ONLY if cancellation is received on or before the shipment of merchandise. If the auction has ended, and the winning bidder chooses not to pay, we will follow eBay's policy on non-paying bidders by filing to recover our listing and final value fees. If the buyer has already paid and later decides they did not want the item, we will charge a 20% service fee on the total payment to cover all costs involved in processing, preparing, and packaging the order. If the shipping carrier looses the merchandise or it is damaged upon delivery, your item will be replaced, not refunded. In case of items out of stock,customer may be refunded if replacement is unavailable.NO REFUNDS ARE MADE AFTER MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN DELIVERED IN GOOD CONDITION.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME: All delivery times are estimates based on the manufacturer's and delivering agent's current lead times. WITHOUT A PHONE NUMBER YOU CAN HOLD UP ANY SHIPMENTS! PLEASE INCLUDE A PHONE NUMBER! Items returned by the shipping companies because of faulty address or no phone number supplied or marked undeliverable are not to be refunded and customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Lightinggal will do everything possible to insure that the delivery meets the expected time frame, but can not be held responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer, supplier or delivery agent. Shipping times can vary depending upon season and circumstances. Please be patient!
