This is a new in box Matchbox Mister Softee Talking and Light up Truck.  The truck says a few different things - it plays a jingle and yells "ice cream"... and a kid says, "tastes great"....

Very cool for a collector of ice cream memorabilia or Matchbox Car collector.  The Box is in near mint shape with some minor dogears on the two bottom corners..  The batteries still work great as it lights up and is very loud...  It doesn't state the scale.. but the truck itself is approximately 2 inches in length and 1 inch in height & width.
