Since we strive to provide the best customer service we have instituted the following terms in order to both deliver on the auction and also protect everyone from fraud. As the high bidder you agree to these auction terms & conditions. If you do not agree with the auction terms & conditions as stated, please DO NOT bid.
Because of the high number of auctions, these terms are binding and no exceptions will be made. After the auction ends, DO NOT GO THROUGH THE EBAY CHECKOUT PROCESS. You will receive a bid confirmation email detailing the costs, shipping and payment information. If you do need to contact us, please include the e-bay auction number in your correspondence or e-mail.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment for winning bids must be received NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS from the end of auction. If we do not receive payment within 7 days, we will consider the auction cancelled and we will file a NON-PAYING-BIDDER ALERT with Ebay automatically.
Acceptable Payment Methods:
United States Orders
VISA/MasterCard (confirmed addresses only), Cashiers Checks, Bidpay, Money Orders, Bank Wire Transfer (Please ensure that wire transfer includes all fees charged by sending and receiving bank.),and PayPal with confirmed addresses only (www.paypal.com).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Payment must be made by BidPay or bank wire transfer. Do not bid if you are not willing to pay using these methods or pay for bank wire fees and service charges.
Other Payment Methods:
Personal Checks and Company Checks (Items will be sent 7 days after receipt of check). This are only accepted within the United States.
We do not deliver on COD terms, no exceptions.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Most items shipped the next day after payment is received. Payments received on weekends will be shipping on the following Tuesday. Tracking numbers are provided when available. Expedited shipments (same day shipments) may be available and may incur an additional cost depending on volume. Customers using own account will need to coordinate pickup using their provider's internal pickup procedures.
Domestic: (Packaging and handling costs are included in our rate quote)
Quoted rates are for shipping and handling within the 48 US Continental States. We can also provide 2Day, 3Day, and Overnight options at an additional cost.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or other U.S. Possessions may be higher.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: (We will only quote shipping rates to the winning bidder)
At this time, we ship to locations in North and South America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan.
For international shipments we only use the United States Postal Service (USPS). If the item is to be shipped using UPS, FedEx or other international carriers, the winning bidder must arrange for pickup from our location using their own account. The winning bidder is responsible for any and all customs taxes and/or duties.
OPERATING SYSTEMS:
Unless stated in the auction, RWL does not include operating systems with any PC, new or used. This policy also covers laptops, servers, and any other user interface system. Any item that contains a hard drive or readable source of information will be wiped clean of all data. RWL will not instruct or walkthrough any winning bidders on how to install an operating system nor will we send any illegal copies of said operating systems.
WARRANTY:
Other than the warranty stated in the auction, RWL does not make any representations and warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Any item(s) that is returned in accordance with the terms of the applicable warranty will be replaced or the money refunded at our sole discretion. We track items by serial number. In order to get a refund or a replacement, winning bidder must return the item purchased along with any and all documentation and peripheral items included in the original shipment. Packages returned with missing items may result in partial refunds (less the sum of the cost of the missing items, a 20% restocking fee, ebay fees, paypal fees, and Shipping &Handling) or at our sole discretion, no refunds at all.
Cost of shipping and handling is non-refundable, no exceptions.
