 this unit is in amazing condition it comes with original remote "never used" and manuals .also it comes with a $400 replacement bulb from mitsubitshi i can install the bulb for anyone before purchase if requested it soon will be time to replace the bulb but not needed right now the picture is great you will love it .the tv is as is which is in perfect condition i take care of everything i buy ..i think you will agree when you see the condition it is in ..amazing
