This lot of vintage cotton fabric was bought at an estate sale.The owner was apparently a dressmaker and quilter.The fabric is all clean and bright. There is some discoloration on some pieces noted in write-ups below.
The large print fabric (white, dark blue, red and green) with lily pads is an odd shape of fabric.It is 23” at its widest point and 36” in length.At it narrowest point it is approximately 16” x 36”.This cotton fabric feels like feed sack or homespun. There is some small damage in this piece but it would be fantastic for use in an art quilt.
A small piece of red and white printed cotton.It measures 11” x 14” and there is some discoloration on this piece.
A wonderful floral print that appears to be feed sack material.It measures 27” long and 13” wide.It has been cut and is irregular in size.The fabric has pink larger flowers and small blue flowers as well as green leaves.The background is white. There are no problems with this piece of fabric, it is in excellent condition.
Two pieces of a beautiful cotton floral print.Turquoise background with white daisies and bunches of red flowers with green leaves.These two measure approximately 14” x10 ½”.The colors are bright and there is no fading, tears or stains. These two pieces alone are valued at several dollars.
Three pieces of cotton.Turquoise background with large white and gray flowers with navy leaves.These are fabric scraps, the largest measuring 9” x 11 ½”.The colors are bright and there are no stains or tears. Excellent condition.
