Each unit has its own thermometer and adjustable venting for temperature control. The front mounted smoking chamber has regulated supply to front cooker for increased flavor. Makes its own coals, or can be used with charcoal. Comes complete with 2 coals shovels, coal spreader, and some misc. cooking tools. The custom built trailer part of this unit has access steps in four places and features beautiful red cedar decking, trailer jack, 2 inch ball coupler, tail lights, turn signals, brake lights, side marker lights, spare tire, and is light enough to be pulled by a pickup or SUV.
