 These are nice late war or post war Yugo K98 slings -they were used on the captured and re-issued German K98s - used by the Yugoslavian Military and the Yugo M48 mausers of their own manufacture . The buckle fits into the side slot cut in the butt stock of the rifle. The main different between this and the original German issue sling is that the German slings are very expensive and difficult to find and the Yugo slings adjust by a button and slot system and the German used a buckle. They work great on the K98K rifles - look fine and don't cost a fortune. These are not  fake new copies, but original military issue.

It is not new un-issued, but usable and the leather is pliable. Please see the pictures - that will show the usable condition.

I needed ten for my collection of  K98K’s and Yugo model 48s and was able to purchase a small group. If you need some - now is the opportunity.

 

Shipping on one sling is $4.50 -  INSURANCE IS OPTIONAL AND $1.70.
