7 days after the buyer receives it | All items returned must be shipped back in the original shipping cartons at the customer's expense. We must be notified of a customer's intent to return an item for any reason within seven (7) days of your receiving the item. Returns must be uninstalled and free of damage (scratches, dents, missing hardware, etc). Non-defective returns are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. Please carefully inspect your shipment upon arrival and before signing for receipt. Concealed damage or missing product not noted at time of delivery are difficult to resolve and may not be returned.
