MODIFILAN is best taken on an empty stomach, such as upon rising in the morning and in between meals with plenty of water, as it is highly concentrated product.  It is not recommended to take MODIFILAN before bedtime, as most people report an increased energy level, which could inhibit sleep.

MODIFILAN does not cause nausea on an empty stomach, as most vitamins usually do; on the contrary, it gives a feeling of well being in the stomach and intestines.  Since MODIFILAN is NATURAL NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENT and not a drug, these recommended dosages are approximate, and you may find your own ideal dosage.

Indications

For people who have serious conditions such as cancer, high blood sugar, cardiovascular diseases, high cholesterol, poor thyroid function it is recommended to enhance their diet with taking MODIFILAN in larger quantities, such as 8 to 10 capsules* per day (4 to 5 grams) for period of three months. If you observe improvement in health conditions, lesser dosage may be taken for maintenance, such as 2 to 4 capsules per day.

For chelation therapy, i.e. the removal of heavy metals and radiation from the body, take approximately 10 to 12 (in some cases more) capsules per day for up to six months.  It is a good idea to give the body a break once a month for several days during the detoxification period. Because the amount of heavy metals in each person is different, it is recommended to have a hair analysis to see if the heavy metals have been effectively removed.  And, because we all are different, it is important for each person to find his or her own ideal dosage. 

For general health and prophylactic purposes, including temporary nausea, and indigestion (not caused by serious conditions) take 2 to 4 capsules per day.

These dosage recommendations are based on scientific research and clinical studies on subjects, who volunteered to take Modifilan as an additive to their regular diet.

One reason why we were so interested in Modifilan though was that I was having some immune system problems because of a gastric by-pass done back in 1980. 1 had had the majority of the lower part of my stomach stapled off which makes the intrinsic factor (B-12) and the hydrochloric acid and the digestive enzymes. Of course these are vital to digestion. My first Live Blood Analysis showed that my immune system was very "inactive". In November of 2000 (after taking Modifilan) my immune response was good not great yet but very much improved. I had mercury fillings in my mouth that were probably leaching mercury into my system. I felt that I needed some help in this area as well. But the real concern for me was the radiation issue. When I was a child (I am a  younger 61 year old now), shoe stores used to have these x-ray machines in their stores to show just how much growing room there was in the new shoes we were trying on. Perhaps some of you may remember these machines. Well, all of us kids had a great time playing with this machine. We didn't know back then that x-rays were dangerous because of all the radiation. We were never told. Of course I get x-rays when I go to the dentist, when I have a mammogram or the doctor wants to look at anything. I am really surprised I am still alive. This was one of the reasons I started taking Modifilan faithfully. Since I have not had a hair analysis yet I can't tell the full extent of my progress however just the fact that my hair is getting thicker and my fingernails are stronger and harder tells me something is happening I plan to take Modifilan for the rest of my life.
