This auction is for 1 brand new Modkid Boutique JULIA Double Layer Twirl Skirt pattern. The Julia pattern was designed with the beginning sewist in mind. There are no zippers, buttons or snaps to apply. The double layer twirly skirt can be made with or without the drawstring detail. An applique template for Mod Blooms is included along with detailed instructions.

Sizes 2T to 7 years.
