We accept PayPal, and payment upon pick-up. All payments are expected within 7 days. If you CANNOT pay for any item you bid on, PLEASE let us know as soon as you can. We can file a mutual agreement to cancel the sale. If you do not contact us, and you do not pay, at 15 days you will be reported as a Non-paying bidder.

We prefer to ship USPS. Our shipping calculator is based on USPS Priority and Parcel Post shipping. On large items, we can help to arrange freight shipping. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you prefer a specific form of shipping, ie FedEx or UPS, please let us know after you bid and before we sent you an invoice. If you receive an invoice, and wish to request special shipping (gift address, etc), please email us with your request BEFORE you pay, and we will sent out an amended invoice.

We will leave feedback after our customer has received their item and posted feedback for us, and assured us of every opportunity to make the transaction a positive one. If you are unhappy for ANY REASON with your purchase, please contact us ASAP, and give us the chance to make it right. Returns and refunds are allowed only in the event that the customer received the wrong item, or that the item was not as described in the auction. If you want to return an item, please email with the details, including pictures if available of the discrepancy and we will reply with a Return Authorization Number to place on the outside of the box. No returned item will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
