                                       Please Take Me Home By Christmas

My name is unknown and I am made from 100%  Mohair. I am fully jointed, I was created and signed by artist Janet Wilde I am 18"tall and weigh 27.8ozs. I have seven brothers and sisters.  It has been almost a year since we have seen our mommy.  I know something must have happened.  Our Mommy would never be away from us very long. She loved and cared for us very much.  We know that something happened to where she could no longer care for us and that we may never see her again.  We also know that we may be separated from each other as most Teddy Bear brothers and sisters are.  The Rainbow Penny has been taking good care of us. All of us dream about being a special friend and having someone to love and care for us again.

  These guys have been with the Rainbow Penny for almost a year now. I rescued these guys a week or so before last Christmas. When I first saw them I could tell that they had been well cared for and had been a very special part of someone's life. I ended up bringing these guys home and also several dolls that appeared to had been part of the same family. I could see that the dolls had also been special to someone. Some of the dolls were covered in hand-made Christmas blankets to keep them warm through the winter months. When I first arrived home with these guys as I walked through the front door , my arms loaded with bears and dolls my wife asked me if  I had lost my mind((not  because I had my arns full of dolls.  I do not think anything I bring home would suprise her,  the $$$$ was her concern) . As she looked through them she knew I could not have left without them. They have been stored in Rubbermaid containers in my closet since I had brought them home. I am hoping to find each one of them a home by this Christmas. I will be listing the dolls in the next few days.
