This auction is for a vintage formal/prom dress. It has spaghetti straps and ties in the back. It is made of what feels like satin or silk but there is no fabric label so it could be poly. It is a GORGEOUS jewel tone madras plaid, in purples, pinks and light greens. This is a fabulous find for someone who likes vintage stuff!

It is marked 16, which appears to be a girl's 16 given the measurements, with a 48" shoulder to hem length (midcalf), 30" underbust measurement (the bust varies depending on how you tie the back) and 40" hips. This dress was given to my daughter when she was a teenager - at the time she wore a 0-2, and I am asking an outrageous opening price of $16.99 with $6.00 shipping by Priority Mail (it will have to be boxed for shipment).
