We will make every reasonable effort to find a satisfactory conclusion for all of our customers.

Payment Information:

Though we PREFER Paypal, we accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks & Personal Checks issued from a United States Bank (though items may not be shipped until the check clears our bank). It is not recommended to send cash through the mail. All funds must be sent in United States Currency. *****Paypal REQUIRED for international buyers*****

Domestic Shipping/Handling Details:

We use the shipping calculator (by weight) to determine our shipping/handling rates. We include a small handling fee (included in quote) for the cost of shipping materials, including bubble mailers, boxes, tape, gas to post office, ink, labels, etc.

We are HAPPY to combine shipping for MOST ITEMS from our auctions and/or our store (VHS, DVD, CD, Cassettes, Video Games & Books). If an item does NOT qualify for combined shipping, it will be clearly noted on the auction/store page. To calculate combined shipping, take the highest s/h amount, then add $1.00 s/h each additional item (Items must be paid for at the SAME TIME in order to qualify). If you have additional questions about combined shipping, please send a message to me (the seller) via eBay’s messaging system. If, for some reason, the s/h details are not available on the auction/store page, please contact us for a shipping quote!

Delivery confirmation is used on EVERY package we send. If there is a delay in receiving your package, please let us know and we will provide you will the USPS tracking number. We ship exclusively with the USPS.

Returns/Refunds:

We will refund if/when there is a gross discrepancy between the auctioned/store item’s description and the item received. We do not refund for “buyer’s remorse.“ Please return the defective item to us (at your cost) to receive your refund. *****WE DO NOT REFUND INTERNATIONAL SALES!*****
