Near MINT Early 1980-ies vintage Authentic Montblanc Meisterstuck 149 Fountain Pen in flawless black precious resin with a Fantastic 18K M Medium Nib.  

Wonderful Superior Hard Rubber Feed.

This is the largest pen in the Meisterstuck collection (bigger than 144, 145, 146 and 147).  It is piston filler with a clear window indicating the ink level.  The white "snow cap" star crowned cap screws on.  It also stays securely posted when you write. 

Two tone 18K (750) Yellow Gold & Platinum (Rhodium plating) nib.  The nib is M Medium.  The clip says "Germany"; no serial number (pre 1991 pen). 

This pen is in Near Mint condition: some very light superficial scratches, nothing major; every part of the pen is truly beautiful and fully functional.  The piston turns smoothly. 

The piston threads are resin (black plastic) which to me means a lighter better balanced pen. 

Comes with Excellent Rarely Seen Boxes with papers, as pictured.

I absolutely guarantee the pen's authenticity and condition.
