About the pen

This 149 is the largest size fountain pen made by Montblanc and uses a piston filling system (bottle ink fill only). Barrel and cap is made of jet-black precious resin with three gold-plated rings and the world famous Montblanc logo. The largest ring has MONTBLANC MEISTERSTUCH No 149 PIX printed.

 

The gold plated clip is printed with the pen's Individual Serial Number and Germany, and the underside has Pix printer.

 

The nib is hand-crafted 18 karat gold (750) with Platinum inlay.

 

Pen measures 5 3/4 inches with cap on, and 5/8 inch in
diameter. Comes with the 149 special Montblanc Presentation Box and factory documentation (perfect to be presented as gift), and a bottle of Montblanc ink.
