Montivideo Uruguay Ricardo Passarell 1966 watercolor

This is an original watercolor and pen.  Title is Vista De Pocitos in Montivideo, Uruguay.  The art is approx 24 inches wide and  14 inches tall without the frame.  It has not been taken from the frame.  The back is brown paper and has a metal label: Mervin Reese Studio Omaha.  I cannot tell what the painting is on.  Glass over the painting.  No other provenence.  We bought it in an estate sale lot years ago.

The detail is very nice, colors are nice....what you see is what you buy.  It is part of our collection and we are rotating it out of service.  ALSO A NO RETURN.
