At the close of the auction the successful bidder must contact me by e-mail with travel dates so that your reservations can be booked right away. Preliminary unconfirmed reservations will be faxed or e-mailed within 48 hours. Final confirmed reservations will be faxed or e-mailed upon receipt of payment. You have 7 days in which to pay or your reservation will be cancelled without notice.
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the purchase date under normal circumstances (not due to natural disasters). The amount refunded will exclude any non-refundable fees incurred by the seller. After the 14 day timeframe, your trip may be rescheduled if there is availability at the resort for the new timeframe. Any difference in the all-inclusive rate would be paid by the buyer when rescheduling plus a 5% change fee.
