The artist’s fascination with this magnificent animal began in the late 1980’s, when he was asked to create the now famous Walley World eggnog cups for the blockbuster hit National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation.  This rendition of the moose is, of course, much different from the caricature styling used for those mugs.  To celebrate this wonderful creature, the artist has created this expressive sculpture of hand blown glass and 24K gold.  Moose measures 3.5 inches tall and 4 inches long. Antlers are approximately 3 inches across from tip to tip. This blown glass figurine is made entirely by hand of borosilicate crystal and the dramatic colors are created from the application of pure gold to the molten glass. Your purchase includes a lovely information card trimmed with gold foil.
