Shipping

We combine shipping on multiple purchases if all items are paid for at the same time. Please pay for your order AFTER all items have been added with Buy It Now or won in Auction. You pay the highest shipping and handling charge plus $2.00 per additional item. Insurance is optional but if you do not purchase it you assume all responsibility for any shipping damage or lost packages.

We will ship Worldwide. Please contact us for shipping prices outside the United States. Burt's Bees products CAN NOT be shipped outside of the U.S. No Exceptions! Sorry it's Burt's Bees Policy.

Items will ship within 3 business days after payment is received.

 

 Payment Policies

We accept Paypal only. No personal checks or money orders accepted. Payment is due within 7 days of close of auction. Buy it Now items require immediate payment but can still be combined with auction items for lower shipping costs. Just contact us and let us know that you will make a combined payment at the end of auction. You can purchase several Buy it Now items and pay for them all once you purchase your last item. Paypal will calculate all items purchased and give you the shipping discounts. In order to receive the combined shipping discount, items MUST be paid for at the same time. Items will Not be shipped before payment is received.

Tax

Only items shipped within the State of Florida will be taxed. The Sales Tax Rate is 7%.

Return Policy

Every purchase from Chocolate Lotus Inc. is guaranteed.  Unopened items may be returned in their original condition and packaging within 10 days of your receipt of the item for a refund of the product purchase price.  Shipping charges are nonrefundable.  Once the items are received, your refund will be processed immediately.  Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning any items.  If you return your item(s) without an RA number, your order will not be refunded and you will have to pay additional shipping charges if you would like us to return the item(s) to you. 

We do not accept returns of opened or used merchandise.  We do not accept returns after 10 days of your receipt of the item.  Gift Baskets may not be returned as they are personalized and customized at the time of order. 

Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product.  Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of any damaged items and save the box and all packaging materials, as they may be needed.
