All of our T-shirts and hooded sweatshirts are manufactured to the highest quality, and are official band merchandise. The designs are generally based upon the original album sleeve designs, please see the photos/mockups for details.

All items sent from our office in New York will be sent by USPS, or UPS ground shipping. All items from our UK office will be shipped via airmail (same price as USPS) or Airsure, which is an express/tracked service (same price as UPS ground shipping).

The following prices apply to the United States.

USPS 1st Class Mail - $4 for the first vinyl, $2 for each additional vinyl.

The following prices apply to Canada + Puerto Rice

USPS 1st Class Mail - $8 for the first vinyl, $4 for each additional vinyl.

The following prices are for all other countries.

USPS/Airmail - $18 for the first vinyl, $10 for each additional vinyl.

Please note that it is not possible for us to automatically combine postage. If you buy multiple items, please wait for us to send you an invoice combining the postage cost (this should be no longer than 24 hours).

In the unlikely event of the item you receive from us not being as specified, please contact us as soon as possible. For the vast majority of our listings, we have more of each item in stock, and will be able to send a replacement out to you. However, we do ask that you return the original item first!

In the unfortunate event of us not being able to replace the item, we will refund you in full, including the original postage cost. Again, we must insist that the item is returned to us first!

If you order a t-shirt from us and it does not fit, most of the time, we have alternative sizes available and will be happy to exchange it for you. Once again, we must insist that the original item is returned to us first; however, we will not charge you any extra for posting the replacement.

This is the official eBay store for Earache Records, the extreme metal label formed in Nottingham in the late 80s. As we are the label that released the majority of titles listed on this ebay store, we pay royalties to the bands for sales from this store! It also means you can rest assured that ALL items sold from this ebay store are 100% official. We always have new releases available for pre-order, and are the only store on ebay to GUARANTEE that we will dispatch all pre-orders the week BEFORE the release date! Each pre-order listing has specific dates for postage, and where possible, we often include free promotional items with these pre-orders.

The store is run by one person, meaning that you will never get mixed answers from people about your orders, and there is no miscommunication. This means that I can deliver the quality personal service that you usually only get from private sellers, not from business sellers. Still not convinced about our customer service?
