We use Auctionworks CLICKOUT checkout system. It's FAST and EASY if instructions are followed. It figures all shipping and insurance even on multiple items to save on shipping. All you do after you click on the link is fill out shipping information and choose payment method. CLICKOUT system streamlines the entire process. You can even check the status of your order.
1) CHECKOUT - We do not use EBAY CHECKOUT. Please wait for our instructions.
2) NOTICES - You will be notified by us shortly after auction with instructions on paying and processing your order. Our Clickout system streamlines the entire process. It is buyers responsibility to use Clickout.
3) SHIPPING - Please no PO Boxes. Most items will ship out the next business day UPS if instructions are followed. Failure to follow instructions will delay your item.
4) PAYMENT - We Accept VISA, MCARD, DISCOVER, AM EX, PAYPAL, M.O., Personal Checks (10 day wait on users with questionable or low feedback) Sales tax will apply to Indiana Residents. Winning bidders need to pay within 10 days. If not, non-paying bidder alert will be sent to eBay and negative feedback will be left.
5) WARRANTY - Indiana Guitar Company warrants this instrument solely to the original retail purchaser to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 10 YEARS under normal use. Morgan Monroe Products are Lifetime Warranty. This warranty must be filled out entirely and mailed in within 15 days and must have a copy of the sales receipt in order to be valid. You must retain a copy of the sales receipt and it must accompany the instrument in the event of future warranty coverage. By law MICROPHONES are NOT returnable, sorry.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS The following is not covered by this warranty.
1) Any instrument that has been subject to extremes of temperature and/or humidity.
2) Any damage to the headstock or neck.
3) Normal wear and tear (i.e. machine heads, plating, pickguards, finish cracking,fret wear, saddle wear, nut wear, batteries and strings.)
4) Setup or adjustment issues that are considered standard maintenance.
5) Damages or wear as a result of body acids and/or salts to the finish or hardware.
6) Any modifications or alterations to the instrument void the warranty.
7) Instruments that are not purchased by an authorized Indiana Guitar Company dealer.
8) Warranty repairs done by anyone other than an Indiana Guitar Company authorized service center.
9) Shipping damages of any kind.
10) Subjective matters such as tone, action and playability.
CLAIM PROCEDURES - In the event that there is warranty claim, the original purchaser of the instrument must contact a Indiana Guitar Company service center for authorized work. If there is no service center nearby, you must contact Indiana Guitar Company for a return authorization number and the instrument must be shipped freight and insurance prepaid along with a sales receipt ofproof of purchase for validation of a warranty repair. A quotation will be given for any nonwarrantyrepairs and will be valid for a period of 10 days. All repaired instruments and/or parts will be returned prepaid by Indiana Guitar Company. Any authorized repairs done to the instrument will void the warranty.
