How To Use 5 Elements Shampoos

We strongly suggest that you stop using ALL other hair care products and treatments for at least 30 days.  They will interfere with the effectiveness of the 5 Elements products.

For best results, rotate all four shampoos, using a different one each time you wash your hair.  This will prevent you scalp and hair from building up immunity to any single ingredient.  When washing your hair, apply to wet hair.  Rinse with warm water (not hot) water.  Apply again for second shampooing to finish cleansing the hair.  Rinse with cool water.

You will notice very little lather with these shampoos because they contain only natural. Low foaming botanical ingredients.  They contain NO Sodium Laurel Sulfate or any chemical sudsing agents that damage and clog your hair and scalp.

A Natural Detox for hair and scalp

When first using 5 Elements, it may take from 7 to 15 days for your hair to detox from using other chemically based shampoos and conditioners.  This is due to the build-up or chemicals, wax and synthetic residues.  When shampooing and conditioning with 5 Elements products, you may experience hair tangling, matting, and drying or dull hair effect for a short time.  All of this is called “detoxing”.  It is a natural process where synthetic ingredients are eliminated from the hair and scalp.  Synthetic ingredients are found in other hair care products, even the so-called “natural” ones.  Be aware and read labels carefully.
