An amazing amount of work went into this very special OM. The beautifully handcarved wooden Hindu Sanskrit OM is crafted in Nepal out of one piece of wood. The artisan then takes small pieces of semi-precious gems and adheres them to the OM. Malachite, lapis, turquoise and a red stone (supposed to look like coral, I think) have been applied, along with thin braided brass wire. It swirls gracefully as a striking piece of wall sculpture. It measures about 9 inches across x 7 inches tall, and comes with a hanging ring.
