This is a pair of 1982 Mosser Josh and Jenny figurines in the color Robin Egg.  Designed by Vi Hunter and manufactured by Mosser Glass Co., Cambridge, OH.  The Jenny's were introduced in 1979 and 1980.  In 1981 and 1982 the Josh figurines were started and they matched the Jenny's that were made in 1981 and 1982.  The Jenny's that were made in 1979 and 1980 do not have Josh to go with them.  Vi Hunter who came up with the design and idea of Josh and Jenny passed away in October 2004.  This will make these figurines more highly collectible.   The figurines are 4 inches high and made of pressed glass in a variety of colors. On Josh there is 82 on the underside and an H on his pant cuff.  Jenny has 8 H 2 on the underside and an H on the back of her skirt.  The numbers are the year they were made.
