Motobecane Mobylette Moped Chrome/Metal Front Fender

Motobecane Mobylette Moped Front Fender with mounting assembly.   Metal/Chrome color.  Includes 4 mounting bolts to mount it to the forks and wheels.  Does not include 4 other mounting bolts.

    I've parted out 1976 Motobecane Mobylette moped #2 with an odometer reading of 940.4 miles, and my Motobecane moped parts are for sale at EdsSurplus eBay store.  Motobecane moped #2 had a lot of rust from being left outside over the years and the moped had a lot of broken parts.  I could only part out a limited number of usable parts from it.

Product description: Motobecane Mobylette Moped Front Fender with mounting assembly.   Metal/Chrome color.  Includes 4 mounting bolts to mount it to the forks and wheels.  Does not include 4 other mounting bolts.

Product Condition:  Used.  Chrome fender is in good used shape, with a mirror-like surface with some scuffs.  However, the U-shaped middle fender support is rusted, and all nuts, clamps, and bolts and the metal next to them are rusted.  1 of 2 clamps holding the rear U-shaped support in is broken, and 1-3 of the 6 mounting nuts on the underside of the chrome fender are damaged to the point where removal would be very difficult.  (I found that a small cold steel chisel and a hammer can break and remove these damaged parts if you ever need to remove them.)   Bottom line: chrome fender is in good used shape, but the nuts, bolts, and clamps connecting the fender to the 3 U-shaped fender supports are in very poor shape, but good enough to use.   Should work fine, but it is technically sold "as is".
