Motobecane Mobylette Moped Engine Diamoby Clutch Pulley

Motobecane Mobylette Moped Engine Diamoby Clutch Flange and Clutch Pulley.  Damaged and needs one repair.  One very small M4 bolt is stuck in it and will need to be extracted from either direction (top or bottom of the small broken M4 bolt).  I tried to quickly drill it out from the bottom and couldn't budge it within 5 minutes.  Also needs more derusting.  Includes 2 internal needle bearings.

     I've parted out 1976 Motobecane Mobylette moped #2 with an odometer reading of 940.4 miles, and my Motobecane moped parts are for sale at EdsSurplus eBay store.  Motobecane moped #2 had a lot of rust from being left outside over the years and the moped had a lot of broken parts.  I could only part out a limited number of usable parts from it.

Product Condition:  Used.  Damaged and needs one repair.  One very small M4 bolt is stuck in it and will need to be extracted from either direction (top or bottom of the small broken M4 bolt).  I tried to quickly drill it out from the bottom and couldn't budge it within 5 minutes.  It also has rust in it and needs more derusting (spraying with CRC freeze-off, PB Plaster, or even WD-40).  Outside is very rusted but the belt drive is functional.  Sold very cheap "as is" because it needs to be repaired before you can use it.
