Return Policy:
We check and ensure that your product is not Dead on Arrival (DOA). For DOAs, please report within 3
days of arrival. Seller will repair or replace items if terms above are met at the sole discretion of the seller.
Seller does not offer refunds but will offer upgrade or an exchange. In the case of an upgrade or exchange, the buyer is responsible for shipping the original item back in original condition and packaging.
(This helps us in keeping the prices low). Original actual shipping cost is also deducted from the credit toward the upgrade.
In rare case of a DOA...Buyer will pay all shipping charges to return the DOA product and to ship a replacement or repaired item. Product must be in original unused condition and packaged in original undamaged container for this exchange or repair to be valid.
Payment Options:
Winning bidders will be invoiced within 24hrs of auctions end. We accept PAYPAL, Money Orders, and Cashiers Checks. Money order and check payments take several days to clear. Once payment has been made, your order will be shipped within 48-72 hours.
Shipping Options:
This item can only be shipped to the 48 contiguous states. We regret it cannot be shipped to PO BOXES.
We prefer to ship via USPS or UPS because they tend to be the least expensive, but are willing to consider requests for other shippers.
Insurance for this item must be paid by the buyer to protect the product in transit. Although you can opt out of it by contacting us, we strongly recommend that you keep it. But, if you don't take the insurance
we can't file a claim if damaged in transit....so we really think all buyers should keep this insurance.
If you do not request insurance, we will not be responsible for damages during the shipment.
