Automatic SMD Component Counter
This counter can largely reduce the work load to manually count SMD component on a reel or a piece of tape and increase the counting accuracy as well. It is definitely a more than nice-to-have piece of equipment for component stock room for inventory check and issuing component for a PCB assembly kit. It is also quite affordable pricewise.

1. Automatically count SMD component on a reel or a piece of tape either to the end of reel of to a preset number of pieces. Automatically reel the tape back after counting.
2. Workers can set the distance between centers of two neighbor components.
4. Work online with code printer, then prevent human couting errors and saves time.
