I've owned one of these for about a year and a half now. I bought it 4-4-06 with the splash guard on it. It's never been bogged down full of concrete. Still a yearand a hafl later absolutely love it.

"got the machine at noon today and all the guys are out playing with it and having a blast....  It is more than I had envisioned and so darn powerful, I think this wheelbarrow will revolutionize the industry... 8-8-05  Customer Comment. "the wheelbarrow is holding up well... we use the heck out of it... "it got its best use at a project in New Mexico recently where we had to move a lot of debris, haul rock and move mortar" "it is a jewel... the guys call her 'ol yeller" One person can load this in a Truck. You can also drive it up ramps. You don't need to pull a trailer just to move the equipment. Total weight is about 150 lbs. Load Tested for 550 lbs. The picture shows 22 pcs of rock, 4 of the large pcs weighed over 50 lbs each. As you can see it will carry a lot of weight. The top of the tub is 30 inches from the ground, width is 29 - 3/8 inches, length is 63 inches long. The heavy duty black plastic tub holds 6.5 Cubic Feet. The Front Drive axle is 1" OD and Drives TWO 16 x 650-8, 4 ply, 4 Hole, 4" Circle, 5 - 3/8" width, rated to carry a 620 pound load on each front tire. Both wheels, and the sprocket is held in place by a 1/4" keyway.

We also have a 1" OD heavy duty rear axle. The two rear wheels are 4.80/4.00-8, heavy duty four ply pneumatic tires and rated at 550 pounds each and have two ball bearings in each wheel.

Note:  If you need the AG tire - hubs up grade (tractor style tires) add $159.00 to the order when you check out.  You will not get the turf tires.  See picture #4.

Note:  If you want to up grade the solid axle to a Differential add $159.00 to the order when you check out.  See picture #7.
        The up charge for the Differential Assembly and sprocket in replacement of the solid axle and sprocket. The differential does make a very big difference in turning if your going to do lots of turns or if this is going to use it daily as in a crew or if you need to carry real heavy loads making tight turns. If you have lots of tight turns you will want to order the differential assembly, as it does make a lot of difference in turning. This Up grade is for NEW units only. The chain - sprocket size may vary on units with the differential. We use #35, #41 and #40 size chain and sprockets.

Don't let the small engine size fool you.

When it's mated to the Staton-Inc gear reduction box it will pull just about any thing you can get in the tub.
Both front wheels pull for extra traction and have a 6 inch wide foot print, the rear wheels have a 3.5 inch foot print.

Having 4 wheels and 19 inches of tread on the ground, makes going on soft ground, deep grass, sand or wet conditions super smooth.

Note: A Human can put out .20 hp or 1/5 hp to .30 hp or 1/3 hp and only for a short period of time.

This small engine & the Staton-Inc gear reduction box can put out 5 to 7.5 times more hp depending on the engine and it does not get tired! Remember, this is a quiet, very easy to start, very high quality Subaru engine.

Plus you don't carry the load, all you do is steer it and hit the throttle.

Ground Speed:  A centrifugal clutch allows the engine to keep running, and ground speed can be a snails pace or a very Brisk walk.

Both front wheels pull, so when you need to turn, just push to the side or lift up a little on the handle bars and the rear ribbed tires will slide on the across the ground and makes turns very easy.

It has a remote engine stop switch by the handle bar.

The load is very well balanced, so when you ready to dump, lift on the handle and it "rolls" on the front roll bar and the engine guard keeps the product your moving from getting into or on the engine, gear box, chain & sprocket.

The drive system has CNC machined gear box that has Six high speed double sealed ball bearings and a 5/8" output shaft, the Heavy Duty drive axle and rear axle is 1" OD.

Hi David, I am enjoying my wheelbarrow but I am glad no one saw me when I first tried it out and was running up hill chasing a wildly speeding Wheelbarrow uphill and down. I guess you could say I have a lead thumb. I used it most recently to move about 100 bricks from point a to point b and it certainly helped save me steps as before I was using a hand truck to move heavy objects like that. For a woman working alone in the garden where heavy things have to always go up hill this is a great help. I am planning on getting 20 yards of mulch delivered in a week or so and could never have possibly moved it alone without the powered wheelbarrow.
