Description:

The Motorola Vehicular Power Adapter (VPA) charges your NiMH battery while you're on the road. Ample cord gives you plenty of length for comfortable radio use. Comes with VPA Sleeve to accommodate larger power adapter sockets. To get maximum use from the battery, charge it overnight (12-16 hours) before you use the battery for the first time. After initial charging, the battery will fully charge in under four hours

  • Comes with VPA Sleeve to accommodate larger power adapter sockets Input Voltage 10.5 ~ 16V Output Voltage 3 ~ 6V
  • Maximum Output Current 400mA

Charging Instructions:

  • Turn the radio OFF.
  • Remove vehicle lighter, and insert Vehicular Power Adapter. Use VPA Sleeve in case of larger power receptacle. Attach the charger to the contacts on back of radio. If using the battery adapter cover, clamp charger to battery. Plug into vehicle's power receptacle.
  • LED Indicator on VPA will indicate charging status (see chart for complete charging status / from the back of packing)
