Phones are used, but in PERFECT WORKING CONDITION! Each phone has been inspected, tested, and passed by a Motorola Certified Technincan. All phones have some scratches from use. I wouldn't rate any of them below a 7 on a scale of 1-10 (10 being like new)

Payment

Thank you for your interest! We accept paypal only, and require that payment be received within 7 days. We understand that things come up sometimes, so we do offer a time extension for uncontrollable circumstances, but we must be notified within the 7 days. If we do not receive payment or response from winning bidders, we relist the item on the seventh day.

Shipping

Items will usually be shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment receipt. We ship all our items via UPS, with your choice of Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. Unfortunately we do not allow item pick-up. Shipping cost is calculated based on your location. Shipping insurance is calculated into the shipping and handling fee. WE WILL NOT SHIP TO UNCONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESSES. If your paypal address is unconfirmed please contact paypal as soon as possible. If the address is not confirmed within 7 days your payment will be refunded.

Terms of Sale

Refurbished Phones: All our refurbished phones are backed by a 30 day warranty. This warranty covers internal and external functionality of the phones.

Used Tested Phones: Phones have been call/function tested. They carry a 14 day return policy. We accept returns if the phone does not power on, powers off, has a bad LCD, or does not make calls. We do not accept returns for cosmetic flaws!  

Used Untested Phones:  Phones  have not been tested, therefore they are sold "as is," meaning they have no warranty!

Repair Stock Phones:  Sold "as is". Defects are clearly stated in item description, therefore, no returns-no exceptions!

Batteries Included:  Batteries have not been tested and are considered an extra.

Please read!! Important information concerning our IMEI policy!! Relationship to Nextel is UNKNOWN on all our phones!!! We will email, upon request, the imei number of the phone, so that the buyer can check it with Nextel. We will not release the imei number of a phone in auction until the auction is closed! WE DO NOT WARRANTY ANY PHONES RELATIONSHIP TO NEXTEL! If the phone in question is said to not be clear, we will replace it with a different phone of the same model and description, and  provide its imei number before shipment. We will not replace any phone due it's imei number, if the buyer did not request the imei number before shipment of the phone.   

New Parts and Accessories:  7 Day warranty covering functionality and cosemtic condition upon receipt.

Used Tested Parts:  Parts are returnable for 14 days. Returns accepted for function defects only. No returns accepted for cometic flaws.

Used Untested Parts:  These parts have not been tested, therefore we cannot warranty their working condition. Sold "as is," NO EXCEPTIONS
