You are buying a used Motorola V3c Cell Phone that was previously for another carrier. It has been fully flashed to Alltel with all of Alltel's software and programs and I was advised by Alltel that they will activate it.  Please see the image of the phone and accessories you will be receiving as I don't use stock images. It is in good working condition. The physical condition of this phone is GOOD with AVERAGE signs of wear with some scuffs on the back and the glass covering the camera is cracked, but it does not affect the quality of the images.
