After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase, you have two check-out options:
 Check-Out Now! Click on the Check-Out button to the left or click here to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for the winning bidder email confirmation.
Check-Out Later: Within 2 hours of the end of the auction, you will be notified via email that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. Our email will contain a link to our checkout site where you will be able to pay for your item.
Checkout must be completed within 7 days of the end of the auction.

Warranty: We guarantee all items are 100% functional (unless otherwise noted) and offer a 7 day exchange warranty. The buyer has 7 days from the date of delivery to make a warranty claim. If the customer needs to exchange the phone he/she is responsible for the return shipping. We will pay for the cost of shipping the replacement. If purchasing a cell phone it is your responsibility to make sure the cell phone is compatible with your service provider. Cell Phones can not be exchanged or returned due to cosmetic condition or service incompatibility. Please review the cosmetic condition and condition scale. All cell phone batteries are excluded from warranty coverage since there is no industry standard to accurately test a used battery. All exchanges are for the same model only.
We do not offer refunds. All warranty claims are for exchange only.
Extended Warranty (optional): We offer a 2 Year extended warranty through a thrid party insurance provider, Squaretrade. To purchase the extended warranty you can click here or go to the Squaretrade warranty logo above. Our warranty ends 7 days after the phone is delivered. This 7 days gives the buyer time to test, verify the functionality of the phone and notify us of any problems. If you would like warranty coverage beyond 7 days we strongly encourage you to purchase the extended warranty.
Feedback: We leave positive feedback for all of our customers who pay on time and leave us positive feedback. As soon as we receive your feedback, our system will automatically leave feedback for you. To avoid negative feedback, please do not bid on an item if you are unable to honor the bid.
 Our secure checkout system will give you a choice to pay with paypal or major credit card. We do not accept personal or business checks.
Payment is required within 7 days of the end of the auction. If payment is not received within 7 days, the item will be relisted, and an unpaid item strike will be filed.  USA (Domestic) :
