With this watch, Movado won the 1910 Grand Prix Exhibition in Brussels.
There are many replicas with the legend:
"GRAND PRIX. Avec felicitations du jury. BRUXELLES 1910"
Many o f them from international and famous trade marks, as
Longines, Omega, Tavannes or even Rolex,
however, none of them is the original watch, winner of the Exhibition,
the winner was Movado.

I only am a teacher, not a specialist of
antiques, please do not ask technical questions to me. However, I can say that
this watch
was brought to Spain by the uncle of my father at the beginning of the past
century, in the times when he was an important businessman, emigrant in North
America. It always was well stored without any use, so you can see its
excellent
conservation. Observe the beautiful details of its both
covers. The watch was never cleaned or arranged, however it works
perfectly with its automatic mechanism.
