Now almost 50 years old in 2009
There is 2 pinholes in top right corner
There is 2 pinholes in top left corner
There is 2 pinhole in bottom left corner
There is 2 pinholes in bottom right corner
There is a small tear in middle top edge in white border only
and goes into yellow area 1/8"
There is a stamp on the front bottom right corner area as shown

Back of card has some browning areas to it as pictured
