ALL GAMES LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE AND OUR EBAY STORE ARE IN NTSC US FORMAT.  PS3 GAMES WILL PLAY IN ANY SYSTEM WORLDWIDE.  REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED IF YOU ORDER A NTSC GAME FOR YOUR PAL SYSTEM.  ALSO, BE CAREFUL OF ORDERING GAMES SUCH AS "SUPER MARIO KART" AND CONFUSING IT FOR "MARIO KART WII".  MANY GAMES HAVE SIMILAR TITLES.  PLEASE NOTE THE SYSTEM THAT IT IS FOR AND LOOK AT THE PHOTO.  IF YOU NOTICE ANY DISCREPENCIES, PLEASE NOTIFY US SO WE CAN MAKE ANY NECESSARY CHANGES.

All CD based games are tested, cleaned with a commercial buffer and placed in CD/DVD cases and then
shrink-wrapped at our store to maintain the integrity of your game.  If you have questions as to whether
the game includes original cover art or manuals, please ask us.  We will unshrink the game, and reply to the
contents.

Again, if you are curious if this game includes original artwork, covers, booklets or cases, please inquire first.  Most of our cartridge games are cartridge only, but we have quite a few that are complete.  ALL Cd based games come in a DVD or jewel case with printed art work at the very least.  But most have the original coverart.

Strategy Guides are always sent via Media Mail because of varying weights of the guides.

Guarantees/Refund Policy:  Since all games are tested and cleaned and our customers have the ability to
contact us as to the condition and/or content of the game in question, all sales are final.   Refunds are given on defective items within 24 hours of receipt of the item.
