Shipping insurance:
Please note that the price for shipping is not including shipping insurance. All sales are final. However, for utmost consumer satisfaction, our customer service department will assist you with your return considering the below:
• Claims for damage or shortage of merchandise must be made at the time of the delivery. Defective merchandise will be exchanged within the first 7 days of receipt.
• All returns and exchanges on cell phone accessories must be received within 7 days starting from the day the customer received merchandise. No exceptions!
No Returns without our Authorization.
RMA numbers are valid for 7 days after issuance with original packaging only.
A 15% restocking fee is applied to all returns and cancellations.
