OK WHY CASSETTE TAPES? I have heard in the media that the ipods are fizzling out from being bounced around... they are delicate and legal downloads cost close to a buck a tune. However you probably have a tape player your still using, or perhaps your vehical has one that was factory installed in the dash, or your a bit retro and jog with a walkman. Cassettes don't allow you to bump from tune to tune, only fast forward plus your forced to listen to the recording the way the artist intended you to do. You can LEGALLY afford lots of music with the tried and true cassette tape. *** Checkout info here is the scoop: NOTE: MEDIA rate is scheduled by WEIGHT i can up to 4 cassettes in the mailers i have, More than four bid wins requires either two mailers or go priority is the best bet. SO ITS TO YOUR ADVANTAGE TO BID AND WIN ON MULTIPLE ITEMS to take advantage of the low media postal rates. If you bid and win on some of my non media items rate items, then they cannot be combinded with media rate merchandise media rate If using paypal i only send to verified paypal addresses, otherwise. USPS money order expedites shipments. ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// ***THIS ITEM AS FOLLOWS: Music on Cassette tape Artist/Group/Details...HOOTIE & THE BLOWFISH, CRACKED REAR VIEW 1994 ATLANTIC ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// (if your having the item sent overseas there might be a cost savings if just the art and cassette are sent to reduce the weight a bit to your destination let me know if you want that done.)
ABOUT DELIVERY Some of you know that the audio cassette is included in the MEDIA MAIL USPS catagory . I hav found that the SINGLE cassette can be sent more cost effective (because of the small weight) through first class rate delivery. You begin to experience a postal fee discount when three or more cassettes are sent for their combined weight. (THE MAILERS I HAVE WILL FIT FOUR CASSETTES/ IF YOU BID AND WIN ON MORE THAN FOUR I THEN MUST SEND IN MORE THAN ONE MAILER) Thus you will incur two seperate postal fees. You might experience a slower deliver time with media mail since people try to use this reduced media rate to send non media items and this form of shipment may get more attention to postal inspections than other forms of delivery. ALSO i will be sending the same merchandise photographed, unless ebay has the cassette in their database or my pic is prettier, if you wish a USPS DELIVERY TRACE) placed on the merchandise this is a cost above any other mentioned email me that you wish this added.(its about .65 cents extra and nothing in the ebay form allows it to be discussed) Tracers help yet i cannot be held responsible for late of lost merchandise placed in the control of USPS postal delivery system...my postal reciept with your zip code will indicate it has been sent. Final note there is a shipping charge of $1.00 domestic, $2.00 international to be invoiced, (per package sent) Ohio residents to be invoiced 7.5% state sales tax.

Hootie & The Blowfish are a powerhouse regional band exploding upon the charts with a musical point of view born of the "New South" stylings originally pioneered musically (and socially) by the Allman Brothers. Comprised of four University of South Carolina graduates, Hootie & The Blowfish began as a classic rock/R.E.M. cover band, but polished an original sound through persistent East Coast tours, and developed a fanatical regional following with their 1993 indy release KOOCHYPOP.
Hootie & The Blowfish draw upon a wide range of themes and styles on CRACKED REAR VIEW. "Drowning" is a fervent tale of forbidden romance, colored by the pressures of ignorance and racism. "Time" begins with a simple folkish dignity and Byrds-like guitar harmonies, before revving up to full poetic ambivalence ("Time, you ain't no friend of mine...Time, why do you punish me"). The opening cuts "Hannah Jane," "Hold My Hand" and "Let Her Cry" are hook-happy AOR fare; poignant, tender love songs with an edgy, lyric undercurrent of loneliness and longing, driven forward by Darius Rucker's soulful, preaching vocals. With CRACKED REAR VIEW, Hootie & The Blowfish have distilled their unique brand of Southern rock & soul into a driving pop sound, marked by an insistent rhythm groove, shimmering, soaring guitar work, and sweet country/R&B-styled vocal harmonies.
