When i go to post the tapes Ebay has a selector that brouses through the artist name to select the particular item by recording title or bar code which then provides the data about the tracks and artists and studio credits HOWEVER RECENTLY THE TAB TO CLICK UPON TO ENTER THE SELECTED ITEM DATA ON THE AUCTION PAGE DOES NOT APPEAR ...SO THIS DATA YOU MIGHT WISH TO SEE CANNOT BE PROVIDED, (sorry) I AM STUCK HAVING TO PRESENT THE CASSETTE ITEM WITH VERY BRIEF DESCRIPTION AS WELL AS MY PICTURE.
OK WHY DEAL WITH ME? AND WHY CASSETTE TAPES?
I am a recording artist placing my music on ebay, you might not be familiar wit my music as i studio record and provide no live performances, my music is electronic, and very cutting edge you may google me PALOCSAY and find sites to give a listen if you wish.
My efforts recently are to place the cassette tape items up in alphabetical order for ease to find your selected music titles, also for reference you may do a ebay search for me by name palocsay to find my auction offerings in the future. You might find that geographically your not in a market where any record stores are longer catering to cassettes. So Ebay auctions thus provide you with a selection and you don't have to petrol around to search for the item, plus its delivered to your doorstep. And yes (read below) cassettes are placed on the USPS schedule for media mail with cost savings with multiple items bid/won than most items you can purchase on Ebay.
Why cassette tapes?...Your probably enjoy listening to music, and gravitated here because you use a cassette tape player. Ipods with their delicate electronics and per tune download fees for legal music, as well as loosing your entire music inventory with a malfunction or theft might be the route for you, HOWEVER the tried and true cassette tape is the mainstay of dependability and portability. With cassette tapes you listen to the music in the order the artist layed down their songs, hearing more flow from track to track hearing their conceptions, the way they intended you to listen to their creations..
*** Checkout info: The cassette tape is scheduled through USPS as one of their MEDIA RATE items, HOWEVER... this postal rate is scheduled by PARCEL WEIGHT This media rate was designed to ship heavier books, but still lends itself to cassette tapes format, There is no cost savings with a shipment of a single cassette, With the weight of three or more cassettes in a mailer then you start to feel the cost effects of using this rate, I have mailers that will fit 4 cassettes and boxes that will fit six. If you bid/win more than six, i have to send priority mail. SO you will gain cost savings if by chance you brouse my selections and bid/win on multiple items. My auctions are not scheduled for ending at any specific time, auctions ending thus at any given time on the clock. Don't hesitate to place a bid, CHANCES ARE YOUR ONE BID WILL BE THE WINNER, and when i see a bid activity i begin to start the shipping process. ie. prepping the mailers,.gathering your sellection to a get ready for shipping,,,

***PLEASE REMEMBER. If you bid and win on some of my other NON MEDIA RATE items, (mainly craft items and bicycle parts and accessories...i closed my retail store and placing my remaining stock on ebay) THAT BY POSTAL REGULATIONS cannot be mixed in the same container, and those other items have to be shipped seperately.
***Payment notes: IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, i rather have you send a USPS money order, as i have found that details of the ebay sales are removed from their system, those later than 90 days, and as anyone doing sales would like to keep records. PLUS MY ADVANTAGE OF LIVING WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF MY POST OFFICE, so chances are that the same day i recieve your mail payment that you merchandise is taken to be delivered. Even though paypal seems instant, there is a 3-5 business day lag before i gain any access to your funds plus from the sellers end which you dont see there is a paypal user fee per transaction, that bites in to my .99 cent opening bid items.SO ON TO THE SHOW THIS IS IT...

(if your having the item sent overseas if you allow me to send just the cassette and artwork (no plastic box) this will reduce the weight a bit perhaps leading to some cost savings)
ABOUT DELIVERY
Some of you know that the audio cassette is included in the MEDIA MAIL USPS catagory . I hav found that the SINGLE cassette can be sent more cost effective (because of the small weight) through first class rate delivery. You begin to experience a postal fee discount when three or more cassettes are sent for their combined weight. (THE MAILERS I HAVE WILL FIT FOUR CASSETTES/ IF YOU BID AND WIN ON MORE THAN FOUR I THEN MUST SEND IN MORE THAN ONE MAILER) Thus you will incur two seperate postal fees. You might experience a slower deliver time with media mail since people try to use this reduced media rate to send non media items and this form of shipment may get more attention to postal inspections than other forms of delivery.
ALSO i will be sending the same merchandise photographed, unless ebay has the cassette in their database or my pic is prettier, if you wish a USPS DELIVERY TRACE) placed on the merchandise this is a cost above any other mentioned email me that you wish this added.(its about .65 cents extra and nothing in the ebay form allows it to be discussed) Tracers help yet i cannot be held responsible for late of lost merchandise placed in the control of USPS postal delivery system...my postal reciept with your zip code will indicate it has been sent.
Final note there is a shipping charge of $1.00 domestic, $2.00 international to be invoiced, (per package sent) Ohio residents to be invoiced 7.5% state sales tax.
