I accept returns on damaged goods. Item must be shipped back to me at the buyer's expense. If you receive an item that is "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) I will not give a refund until the item is returned to me. Your refund will be your original total cost: item price plus original shipping price.If your item is lost during shipping please contact me: all of my items are shipping with tracking and insurance. If the post office loses your item (or seriously damages it) then you will be awarded restitution. However, in order for this to happen I must open an investigation with Canada Post. Sometimes this can take weeks, but this is the process. I do not avoid this process because it is the only way for us (myself and my customers) to make a stance against poor shipping service. These things are rare, but I will do everything in my power to accommodate a customer if there is any problem with an item purchased from me.
