Each packet contains two footwarmers. This sale is for 20 packets of two.

No matter what you are doing - sports, leisure activities, everyday activities - if your feet get cold you are miserable. These are aimed at golfers, fishermen, bowlers, walkers, climbers, campers, horse riders, skiers, footballers, rugby players, anybody who watches winter sports and anyone else whose feet get cold. Here's a way to keep your feet warm regardless.

Once you open the outer wrapping the inner packets absorb oxygen and warm up, holding a temperature of 38 deg c (max 60 deg c). You place the inner packets in your shoes, under your toes (but not inside your socks) and they last 5 hours. We recommend strapping them over your socks if you are active, or wearing them between two pairs of socks. Read the instructions carefully before use.

Each warmer can be used once only and is then discarded, but the contents are benign and do not need special disposal. Do remember that multi-use warmers that may look attractive elsewhere retain their heat for only a matter of minutes. If you want to keep warm for several hours, multi-use warmers will not do that job.
