THANKSGIVING WEEK 2009

Myrtle Beach, SC oceanview (unblocked views of  the ocean) efficiency condo.  Our condo is fully furnished including an LCD TV, DVD Player, and a fully equipped kitchen, and linens (we recommend taking additional towels and beach towels - the linens ARE NOT changed out during your stay unless you chose daily cleaning).  If you request extra towels, you are responsible for paying the linen company $25 when the towels are delivered.  The unit has a king size bed, but can sleep up to 4 with an air mattress (we do not have one in the unit, you must use your own air mattress). Smoking is permitted on the balcony only.  The Caravelle is a family resort - remember that prior to bidding! 

Featuring an $8 Million Renovation to its resort building in 2007, The Caravelle Resort has reestablished itself as a landmark of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Centrally located in the famed Golden Mile of Myrtle Beach among the best attractions, shopping, dining and golf.  The resort is ideally situated between Broadway at the Beach (Myrtle Beach Aquarium, Margaritaville, etc. approximately 6 miles) and Barefoot Landing (approximately 5 miles).

Previous renters, family and friends have enjoyed our local recommendations.  We have been going to Myrtle Beach for over 20 years and have owned this condo for over three years.  We will gladly provide you with a list of our favorite restaurants (Aspen Grille, House of Blues for breakfast is a must), and our favorite to do's during your stay.  

Price is $280 for the week and includes checkout cleaning service. I've looked at other websites, best rate is $727 for November 21 - 28, 2009.  You can choose if you want to check in on Fri, Sat, Sun, or Mon prior to Thanksgiving.   If you would like daily cleaning service, we can arrange that for you for an additional $75.  Please contact us for other weekly or daily rates, or for any other questions.

Santa Maria – The full southern style buffet breakfast served daily is a hit with families, golfers and couples alike. The Santa Maria also serves lunch Monday through Friday and hosts a family night dinner seasonally.

Liquids Coffee & Martini Bar – A great way to start the day with lighter fare and specialty coffees. In the evening Liquids becomes a great place to start the night with a happy hour cocktail or the perfect spot for a nightcap to wind down your day.

Marco Polo – The oceanfront pool bar and grill serves cool daiquiris and virgin smoothies as well as a full bar to help cool you off during the perfect beach days. The Marco Polo offers delicious grilled burgers, chicken, hot dogs and more as lunch options while it is open seasonally.

Pirate’s Cove Ice Cream and Sandwich Shop – The poolside Pirate’s Cove offers cool ice cream treats as well as pizza, sandwiches and salads.

Recreation

The recreational activities listed below are available either on site or near the resort (Fees may apply).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Offer subject to availability. Email us to confirm unit before buying! This auction must be paid for within 2 days after auction close and must be used within the dates specified on the auction offering! Renter must be over the age of 21.

SHIPPING: You will receive your Booking Confirmation Letter through EMAIL within 24 hours of payment received.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  If you cancel within 3 days of travel dates, we will refund your payment minus $50 administrative fee.  There are NO CANCELLATION refunds if cancelled within 1 day of travel dates.  This may be waived under certain circumstances discussed with us.

Please Note: Security deposit of $100 is required, unless you have rented from us before, or have 90% or greater positive feedback on 10 or more auctions .  The security deposit will be refunded to you within 48 hours of clean checkout. You are responsible for any damages to unit, service charge, telephone connection fees, long distance charges, personal charges, and applicable amenities usage. Ordinarily, daily housekeeping service will not be provided, however, we can arrange that at an additional fee. Pets are not allowed on-site.  Owner's permission is required before sub-leasing.  Maximum occupancy is 4 people.  We do have the right to refuse rental to any party not meeting our terms, conditions, and rental policies.
