Because this is a personalized item made just for you returns are generally not acceptable, unless we have made an error in the personalization of it. Example: we spelled a name differently than you gave us, however if you gave a name and you typed it wrong when you gave it to us, then the error is your fault, not ours and we will help you by replacing it, however we will expect you to share in the cost and shipping of the replacement. If the error is our fault we will replace it promptly at our expense. We strive for 5 stars in our feedback so if there's ever a problem please communicate with us. |
We ship your print as soon as possible, usually very quickly, 90% of the time the same day or the next day that we receive your payment and personalization details.If you ever do not receive your print within a week, please email us so we can determine why you have not received it. Please understand that we cannot possibly ship it if you have failed to give us the details. We are very busy processing walk in customers to our shop as well as our web site and Ebay orders. We get many, many emails per day. If you have placed your details in the ebay message system or the paypal note to seller, your order wil be processed promptly. The orders missing this information are processed later when we have time to search to see if you sent us your details or we request them and can then match them up to your order. For fastest service, be sure to send your details with your payment or right after you have sent it.
Because we do sell these prints in our retail shop, on occasion we do sell out before we can end an auction. Most prints are back in stock within 1 to 4 days in which case we ship your print at that time.
Insurance is generally not necessary and certainly not required. It is offered on an optional basis. We have found the post office to be very reliable in delivering out personalized name prints.
