Warranty and Return Policy

We guarantee against DOA on all of our products. All of our products are tested BEFORE shipping. In the rare occasion that your product is DOA, please follow our return policy below.

Return Policy
All product must be returned within 15 days. In order to process your return or exchange, email us with your eBay item #, full name, part number, and email address. Please explain in detail why you need to return or exchange your order. We will respond to you with an RMA# (return merchandise authorization) within 24-48hrs. DO NOT SHIP YOUR ORDER WITHOUT AN RMA#. Supplysale is not responsible for the return shipping cost.

In the event that you “do not like” or “ordered the wrong product,” a return is possible as long as you bear all shipping costs plus a 25% restocking fee. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your return.
We will issue an exchange if your item is received defective or the incorrect item was shipped. If we do not have the correct part in stock we will credit you back the amount of the part not including any shipping fees.

If our auction states "no return" that item is not eligible for a return. If our auction states "3-4 DAY ETA" there will be a 3-4 day lead time for shipping.
