Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 1/2 to 1 level scoop (500-1000 mg) of powder with water or your favorite beverage, 1-2 times daily or as directed by your physician. For maximum benefit, take up to 2.4 grams (2400mg) per day. When using powder mix for 15 to 20 seconds using a shaker cup or mix thoroughly with a spoon. Slightly sour in taste but palatable. May be hygroscopic and may clump during storage. This does not effect the efficacy of the product, but just the texture.
