Atlas is re-running some of these models and they should be avaliable this December however the PP&L will NOT be one of them. (as of 9/26/09) Check their website for details.

My understanding is that the same tooling that was used in the past will be used to make new ones and they have retained the original MSRP of $199.95

Modeled after the Two-Truck Shay Locomotive that was built in the 1920s, this type of engine was used by many lumber, mining, quarry company railroads, other industrial railroads, a few common carrier short lines and major railroad systems for service in the logging and milling industries.
