I am cleaning out the entire house as well as my entire inventory of sale items from my business. WHY 99 CENT AUCTIONS?

Some people say that if you list items starting at 99 cents then it some how devalues the item. I don't think that at all. I start most of my auctions at 99 cents because I want everyone to have a shot at getting the items. That way it's fair for everyone! You get to decide what the item is worth and as long as it sells, then we both are happy. :o)

 

 

*BE SURE TO READ ALL OF MY POLICIES BEFORE BIDDING*

1. Most items I sell come from estates, so I have no idea whether or not the item came from a smokers home. The item may or may not have been affected by cigarette smoke. Please know this and understand before you buy or bid. If you have a problem with it, then don't purchase this item. Just want to be fair and unfront as I don't want negative feedback.

2. All items are sold AS IS with no returns. Sorry, people have abused this grace policy and I can no longer offer returns. I'm pretty good at accurately listing items so you know what you are getting up front.

3. I'm a very fair seller. So please be fair with me. I've got a LOT of great quality items to sell. So just remember to be fair and honest if you want me to keep listing great bargains for you. :o)

4. I do not ship on the weekends.

5. When you buy multiple items on the same date, DO NOT pay for them until I send you an invoice. Ebay over-charges for shipping and I will NOT refund your over payment if you pay me before I have the chance to invoice you with a combined shipping charge. Sorry, but too many people are doing this and it costs me money based on fee percentages. I will send an invoice, so just wait on me!

This is an estate sale find and I am selling it to you AS IS. This is a used but in good condition nora roberts paperback book. Approx 300 - 400 pages long. Book is in good used condition but please be advised there may be dog earred pages, some writing on the pages or covers, etc.

A lot of the items I sell come from estate sales, ect and I do not know if they came from a smokers/pet owners home or not so I cannot promise that it won't smell of smoke. PAYMENTS ACCEPTED:

PAYPAL is the prefered method of payment for all of my auctions and store items.

Due to ebay policy, PayPal is the only form of payment that I can accept. If you have questions about that, please email me.

NO PERSONAL CHECKS! A payment in the form of personal check will be returned to buyer.
PAYMENT TERMS:

Payment is due within TWO (2) days of the close of the auction. If payment is not received a non-payment request will be filed with ebay and I hold the right to not sell the item to the buyer and may relist it at my discretion.

NON-payment of items will result in a Non-Paying Bidder claim to be filed which can often result in your account being suspended. So please be sure to pay me.
RETURNS:

All items sold AS IS. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not described correctly in the auction or misrepresented. Buyer has THREE (3) days to contact me at Scutterbear@aol.com to initiate the return process. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and if you wish to persue returning an item I will NOT pay for you to return it to me.
WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE AN INVOICE FROM ME:

I usually get my invoices out to buyers within 24 hours of the close of the auction or store item. It is almost always done through ebays invoicing system. I reserve the right to take up to 2 days to get invoices out. You do not need to write me for the total!
SHIPPING:

I usually ship within 24 - 48 hours of receiving payment.Though I do reserve the right to 3-5 days in the event of things happening that are out of my control.

All packages are usually shipped either First Class mail, Media Mail or Priority Mail through USPS.

COMBINED SHIPPING: DO NOT pay me until you receive an invoice from me. If you combine the shipping on your own, chances are you will still owe me extra and over-payments because you failed to wait for an invoice will not be refunded. I will combine shipping on all orders per buyer on all purchase or auctions ending on the same DATE! They must end on the same date. If you have multiple purchases or bids on items that end on seperate dates, combined shipping will only apply per each date. Please do not ask for an exception.

INSURANCE:

Packages with a value under $50 not including shipping charges will not be insured. Packages over $50 "may" be insured but it's not promised. You can thank ebay for that.

 
WHERE DO I SHIP:

Right now I would prefer to ONLY ship to the US and Canada.

IF you are a Canadian buyer you MUST email me immediately after the auction closes to let me know your address so I can adjust the shipping charge because the charge WILL be higher than my stated U.S. shipping.

Shipping to other countries other than the US or Canada will be on a case by case basis and the potential buyer MUST email me BEFORE bidding or purchasing an item. I will then decide if I am willing to ship to your country. If you purchase or bid without asking me first if I will ship to your country, I reserve the right NOT to sell the item(s) to you.

 

EBAYERS WITH MULTIPLE ID'S:

If a buyer purchases items from me under different ebay ID's and requests combined shipping, I will not combine the shipping for them. As a seller, I am not aware that the bidder is the same person useing more than one ID and it's too confussing to try to go back and re-do invoices. So if you want to purchase items from me, be sure to use only ONE Ebay ID or else you will be invoiced under both ID's for whatever items you purchased under those ID's and expected to pay for them seperately.

My feedback policy always has been and always will be as follows:

I am very happy to leave Positive feedback to all buyers. But I do not leave feedback until I have received feedback from the buyer FIRST. The transaction is not completed until you have received your package and are satisfied.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please email me first before thinking of leaving a negative feedback. Most every situation can be worked through with a little thought and consideration. I always work with anyone as long as it is a legtimate issue. If you do not take the time to read the auction and the terms, then I am NOT responsible for your unhappiness.

I am just a simple fella who is trying to make a little extra cash to help buy groceries and pay bills. I live with my elderly father and take care of him, so this is my income.

I live in rural Mississippi where there are very few job opportunities. So I live out in the country on a little homestead and live a very simple country life.
