This auction is for one Electroglas 6” Wafer Prober. (Model: 2001CXE) It is in fair cosmetic condition, with some obvious signs of use. I plugged the unit in, and everything with a power switch powered on. The monitor came on, and displayed what is shown in the pictures. The light on the camera, came on also, but then went off after a few minutes. (I think the lamp may have burned out) The model/type for the camera is a Magnetic Elektromotoren AG, GC 4CWAK2-013. (Thrust force: 400n, Stroke 300mm) The microscope is an Optem, HF-165 Microscope., with a Nikon head. I used the controller to move the camera all the way up, but I could not get it to go back down. It seemed like to down button on the controller did not work. On the top part of the microscope, it said,Both units in the front powered on, and I took pictures of the boards inside. This unit comes with everything seen attached, connected or sitting on it. It has a few loose parts sitting on the back that I don’t where to put. Unfortunately I do not have the equipment or knowledge to thoroughly test this unit, so it is being sold as is. If you have any questions, please ask me and I will do my best to answer them.
